Paul Andrews has served as Chief Executive Officer of The Brook Hospitals since 2009, where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Brook KMI. Paul has nearly 30 years of experience in Behavioral Health, having held several positions in the field, including Marketing Representative, Director of Business Development, Regional Director of Business Development, Chief Executive Officer and Market President. Paul previously served as Chief Executive Officer for River Point Behavioral Health (formerly The Brook Hospital) and Wekiva Springs Center in Jacksonville, Florida, before returning to his home state of Kentucky in 2009 to join The Brook Hospital. Paul earned his degree from the University of Kentucky in 1987, and, as a former athlete, was recently appointed by the university as an ambassador to the men’s basketball program.
Paul served as the 2011 Chairman of the Kentucky Hospital Association Ohio Valley District Committee. He is currently a member of the Kentucky Hospital Association’s Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency Forum. While in Jacksonville, Florida, Paul served on a committee that helped develop and establish a drug court in Nassau County, Florida. He served on the Board for the Mental Health Association of Northeast Florida and the Healthy Jacksonville Foundation. Paul was also appointed to the Adult Mental Health Task Force for the City of Jacksonville, as well as, the University of North Florida’s Department of Health Dean’s Council. Paul has also been an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and participated as a member of the allocation committee for the United Way.

Kellie joined UHS as the Director of Performance Improvement and Staff Development at The Ridge Behavioral Health System. She spent more than five years at The Ridge, serving as an Associate Administrator, Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer-in-Training. Most recently, she served as the Interim CEO at Austin Lakes Hospital in Austin, Texas, where she was accountable for direct oversight and supervision of Nursing Services, Admission Services, Clinical Services, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Utilization Management, Outpatient Services, Plant Operations, Human Resources, Business Development, Information Management, and Financial Operations. Additionally, she enhanced community relationships through partnerships with Austin Travis County Integral Care, the AOT project, MHCC, and NAMI Central Texas.
Earlier in her career, she was the Hospital Administrator at Eastern State Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky; Director of Nursing at ARH Psychiatric Center in Hazard, Kentucky; and a Nurse Manager at Psychiatric Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tennessee.
Kellie received her Master’s degree in Nursing with an emphasis on administration, education, and community nursing and her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky.
