24-Hour TeleAssessment

Our comprehensive evaluations address past history, present level of functioning, medical stability, substance use history and risk factors. Evaluations are provided by professional, qualified clinicians and psychiatric nurses. Upon discussion with an attending physician, recommendations for treatment, level of care and/or referrals are then provided to the patient and family. Appointments can be scheduled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Tele-Assessments

In addition to level-of-care assessments provided at The Brook, we can also provide a tele-assessment evaluation, which can be performed for hospitals, emergency rooms, free-standing emergency departments, schools, group homes or other locations by contacting our T.I.M.E. (The Brook Immediate Mobile Evaluation) Team.
