The Brook Hospital at Dupont offers a highly structured Substance Use Partial Hospitalization (PHP) for adults (age 18 and over) who are experiencing issues with substance use disorder.
Adult Substance Use Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
The Adult Substance Use Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a co-ed group for those dealing with substance use that significantly impedes their ability to function in daily life (DUI, poor work performance, family conflict, etc.). This program requires submission to random drug screens and Blood Alcohol (BAL) testing. The program takes place Monday through Friday from 9 am to 1:30 pm and lunch is provided.
The Partial Hospitalization Program Services include the following:
- Psychosocial
- 12 steps treatment modality
- Recovery model for substance use disorder
- Group therapy with CADC or Mental Health therapist
- Medication evaluations and oversight available weekly
